Young parents: do more for your life and your baby’s life with the VCS Ohio P.A.S.S. program!

The new VCS Ohio Parent and Successful Student (P.A.S.S.) program is designed for the teen who wants to be a successful parent and student.  At VCS we believe that our students will succeed in the real world if they are taught to nurture, explore and plan for a bright future. VCS students go to school from home…online and on their own schedule. VCS Ohio provides all computer equipment and internet access. In addition to core courses and electives, teen parents can enroll in the P.A.S.S. program for one-on-one support and guidance. Our flexible structure also allows motivated students to graduate earlier than they could in a traditional school. Students up to age 21 are welcome to enroll. It’s FREE!

P.A.S.S. Program Requirements:

• Students must be enrolled at VCS as full-time students.
• Students must be parents or expectant parents.
• Students must be motivated to be good parents.

• Students must attend, participate, and progress in their academic classes.

The P.A.S.S. program curriculum covers five areas:

• All About You and the Baby

• Children’s Literature

• Basic Child Care

• Surviving and Succeeding

• Successful Student

• Communication
