Attending an orientation session prior to the opening of school:

Once a completed application is received, an enrollment specialist will contact you regarding the dates and times of the orientation sessions. These sessions will be held throughout the year. Attendance is mandatory. Equipment will be distributed, setup training will be provided and additional forms will be completed. If it is necessary for you to attend school functions (for example: proficiency testing, OGT testing or orientation), it is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to provide transportation to these designated sites.
If you have not received notification about your upcoming student orientation by phone or by mail, please call VCS Ohio at (866) 501-9473, option 2, or e-mail the Enrollment Department at enrollment@vcslearn.com. Please speak with an Enrollment Specialist to confirm your scheduled Orientation as soon as possible. An Application and necessary documentation are required before an Orientation date can be scheduled. Any previous VCS Ohio students, who would like to return, please contact the Enrollment Department first.
Parents and students are reminded that your attendance at one of these sessions is required for you to begin school in the fall.
