Interested students may start the enrollment process by downloading and printing the VCS application. Click on the following link to download the 2010-11 application form. Applications and necessary documentation must be mailed or faxed to VCS Ohio.  Applications are now accepted for students entering Kindergarten through grade 12.

Please note: According to Ohio Revised Code 3314.22, each child enrolled in an internet-based or computer-based community school is entitled to a computer supplied by the school. However, the parent of any child enrolled in the school may waive this entitlement by completing a waiver form and returning it to VCS Ohio. Click to download the computer waiver form.
